30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Unopened/unused items (change-of-mind): Must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Opened/used items: Eligible only if defective, damaged in transit, incorrect item received, or product defect.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
    Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages & Issues

    Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

    • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

    • Personal care goods (opened beauty/health products, balms, etc.)

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    • Sale items and gift cards

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

    • Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.

    • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process.

    • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@athleforte.com

      European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

      If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received (unopened/unused with original packaging). Proof of purchase is required.
